Amir: The Village Hero

Description: An unexpected letter from the village brings young Amir and his mother some heartbreaking news: his grandmother has passed away. Together, they travel back to the village to convince his grandfather to return to the city with them. But after years of living alone, Grandpa doesn’t want to leave his home or give up the life he’s grown accustomed to. Eventually, however, he agrees to go with them. It seems like the family is finally getting back on track, but an unexpected problem forces Amir and his mother to stay in the village a little longer. Their unexpected stay away from the city gradually changes their plans. Amir will spend more time with his family and learn more about the lives of his female relatives. He’ll also find himself facing temptation and experiencing his first sexual experience.
